Welcome to Chefs NOLA! We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. Because of the nature of our products, however, we have a few important guidelines regarding returns and exchanges

1. How to Initiate a Return Request

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us through the Contact Form on our website. We will review your request and work with you to find a solution.

2. No Returns of Opened Food Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened food items. Please do not send your order back to us. Any items that are shipped back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

3. Our Commitment to You

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or otherwise unsatisfactory, we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include replacement items, partial refunds, or another mutually agreed upon solution.

4. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
